About Lake Forest

The Lake Forest subdivision comprises 129 single-family homes located on the north side of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, less than 5 miles from beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene. Our homeowners’ association was established in 2000, with development of the neighborhood following in 2001-2002. The Lake Forest Property Owner’s Association Board of Directors is committed to providing efficient and effective service to our LFPOA members.

Annual Dues

Annual dues currently at $140 – Runs January 1st – December 31st each year.

Annual dues are due by February 5th of each year.

Other HOA Information

1)The townhomes to our east are not part of our association. They belong to the Lake Forest Townhomes HOA, Inc., which can be found at lakeforestcda.com.

2)The newer development to our west is currently under construction and is called Lake Forest West. Their HOA doesn’t yet have a website, but if you’re looking to build a house there, start at http://www.hallmarkhomescda.com/lake_forest_west/.
