The Proxy Form, Proxy Instructions, Neighborhood Newsletter and AGM Information Sheet will be included in this mailer.  Envelope stuffing for the mailing will occur on Wednesday August 10^th at 6:30 at Tim Scott’s residence.  Mailing will go out shortly thereafter.
